Engineers and technicians had to manually manage industrial equipment checklists, making deficiency tracking difficult and risking omissions during inspections.
Solution
Development of an application with an activity tracking dashboard, equipment and project-specific test lists, chronological verification management and documentation of identified deficiencies.
Results
Elimination of omissions through chronological tracking. Facilitated knowledge transfer between verification, maintenance and operations teams.
