Challenge
The firm relied on an aging solution with critical data and integrations to accounting systems. The challenge was to design a new application capable of replacing all existing features, migrate all data and ensure a seamless transition without disrupting operations.
Solution
Development of a comprehensive application with dashboards for each project, manager and the executive team. Integrated management of billing, expenses, payroll, timesheets and tasks. Progressive data migration with a parallel operation period, followed by decommissioning of the legacy solution. Iterative development in close collaboration with the internal team, incorporating their feedback throughout the project.
Results
Full replacement of the existing solution with successful migration of all data and accounting integrations. The executive team benefits from a consolidated view of all projects, and each manager has a real-time dashboard to track their mandates.
