La Caisse Intranet Redesign
Complete redesign of Bureau numérique, La Caisse's corporate intranet, involving the migration of hundreds of pages and documents, the development of React widgets on the Akumina CMS and the integration of the company's design system. Winner of the 2023 Nielsen Norman Group Intranet Design Annual.

Challenge
The organization needed to migrate its entire intranet — hundreds of pages and documents — to a new platform, while securing content access based on each user's office location and integrating notifications and alerts from multiple internal systems.
Solution
Architecture design and technical leadership for the migration to the Akumina CMS. Development of frontend widgets with React, setup of development, deployment and continuous delivery environments, integration of the company's design system in collaboration with internal and external UI/UX teams, and implementation of office-based content security.
Results
Successful migration of all intranet content to the new platform, recognized at the 2023 Nielsen Norman Group Intranet Design Annual. Employees benefit from a modernized experience with secure access to content relevant to their office, centralized notifications and an interface compliant with the company's design system.
